Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal; please note that a $9.50 return fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original tags, dust bags, and registration cards are included.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
